How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe fact that there was no one there to help me at 2:30 PM and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to use the online app was a little concerning and set me back timewise. The cellular signal in the area is very poor for my carrier, and the person who I was working in the chat with said they could not verify my alternate contact person when they were sitting right next to me and they sent a text message to him saying that they were going to call. They never did and we had to keep chatting in the app until they called.
