Very disappointed in this location. We picked up a 15 ' truck after hours and found the "Check Engine" light on upon start up. Customer service said they could send maintenance out, but then we'd be spending the time we had to move waiting for UHaul to come and maintain the equipment we were paying to use. When we arrived, another person was also picking up a truck. Instructions for both of us were to locate our trucks on the west side of the lot. They turned out to be on the east side of the lot. When we opened our truck box, the furniture dolly we'd requested and called earlier in the day to remind them of, wasn't in our truck. There were moving blankets that we hadn't requested. When the other person opened their truck, there were half the number of blankets they'd requested and a furniture dolly they hadn't. Had they not been picking their truck up at the same time, we wouldn't have had the furniture dolly that we needed and the other person would have been short on blankets. We've had excellent service at other locations, but won't be returning to this one or recommending it to others.
