Waited 30 minutes to pick up truck because the office was closed and they did not leave the keys. I was eventually upgraded to a larger truck, which I did not need and cost me additional money for fuel. Then I was charged the additional cost for the larger truck and I had to call and ask for a credit. I expected some additional compensation for the delay and added fuel costs but got nothing.

Very convenient and flexible pickup and return. Appreciated the ability to change where I was returning the u hall, based on the location in my destination. It was odd, dropping off the small truck without talking to anyone. But taking pictures myself and posting them to the portal for checkout was easy.
