The fact that there was no one there to help me at 2:30 PM and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to use the online app was a little concerning and set me back timewise. The cellular signal in the area is very poor for my carrier, and the person who I was working in the chat with said they could not verify my alternate contact person when they were sitting right next to me and they sent a text message to him saying that they were going to call. They never did and we had to keep chatting in the app until they called.

malcolm mWeird to pick up a vehicle with a tank that is 3/8 full, and need to bring it back that way. Think maybe to start with full tanks, and bring back with full tanks? The customer already has to 'guess' how many miles they will go, and then need to 'eyeball' a gas tank?
