Staff was great to work with. They helped secure the equipment and offered assistance driving out of the facility. Great customer service.
Keith GI received great assistance prior and during the reservation process. My pick up issue was ONLY the actual pick up location , not personnel. I will use U-Haul again but I would not consider that location under any circumstances.
