Terrible customer service for this location with absolutely no signage as to where to park truck and leave key. The key box and parking lot are snuggly behind a barb wire fence. No code was given and no number to call. Left truck in front of this business and was sent a text message the next day that the truck would be towed and I would be liable. THANK GOD UHAUL CORPORATE COULD HELP ME OUT. If corporate would not of helped I would have lost all of my mind.JOSEPH N.

The proprieter was helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain the rental and return process. And I would do business with her store again and recommend her to anyone who asked. The truck was cleani inside and out. Clearly someone took the time to get it so clean. However, the tires on the truck looked old and did not have much tread on them. U-Haul customer service was awful. Had to be on hold 30-45 minutes each time I called. The online chat was just as bad. I reserved a truck at one location for it not to be there... was re routed to a U-Haul many miles away from me. I had issues returning it because I was on hold AGAIN... probably will not rent from U-Haul again because of these issues. Get it together U-Haul.stephanie F.
Charged an after-hours drop off fee, I returned the trailer at 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Why would U-Haul allow this company to charge their customers a fee for daytime drop offs. I cannot help it that this storage facility closes at 1:30 pm.Kenneth J.

Be up front on the cost per mile, $150 for 4 hours was highway robbery, especially in these troubled times. I feel you took advantage of me as a customer... I will not use Uhaul for any further moving needs. I have used Uhaul for more than 20 years , and this was my first really poor experience, but will definitely be my last, because I will not use again. What is sad, is I worked for Uhaul for many years , and met Joe Showen 15 years ago, I am sure he wouldn't approve of this !!!!David R.
