I did mobile check-in, so I can’t comment on the place or personnel inside. As far as the mobile check-in, it was great. Process was quick and went without a hitch. I rented the cargo van- inside was clean, drive well, newer model van. Pick up and return went well, card charged appropriately. No complaints whatsoever. I would rent from this location again.
