We picked the truck up after hours. It was raining and the locks were out on a pole, so we got soaking wet while trying to get the locks. The truck was not filthy, but I don't think it had been wiped down and there was stuff in the back of the truck (not a lot). I'm just use to picking up a truck and it's usually very well kept. I'm not saying I wouldn't get a truck from them again, but I would look around for something else.

This rental process was quick and easy. The rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing that was an issue was NO lights in the back of the truck to see to load and unload.
