Person that took care of me had no knowledge on renting uhauls. It took way longer then it should've been. We were not informed if we brought truck back a day later it was a 90.00 dollar charge other then the 29.95 charge per day. Other wise we would've made sure to bring it back on time. He wasn't aware of that charge either which tells you just how bad his knowledge was. They shouldn't be in the uhaul renting business. When he called main office they didn't care we had to pay the 90.00 fee. Pretty sad a big company like that can't train new members of the uhaul rental service. I will never rent from them again and would recommend using someone else.
