The employee was cold and not friendly - didn't explain a lot about the rental and didn't check the truck on return. Not a good experience.

Due to small parking lot and small street, pulling out the u hall truck onto the street is a bit tricky. Possibly only small truck like 10 feet truck is suitable for this location
