Heather MThe location was another business. A tire store and they had a lot of customers getting tires. But they really know the rental business and U-Haul's operations. Great in and out. Truck was really good in the interstate and ran perfect!

RICHARD WJacks was easy and convenient- / Being that my first assigned drop off place chevron in lake city - was non existent. Then had to take the truck back to our property- some distance from drop off city and get a new location assigned causing us to go over in milage - then being changed for said overage milage I believe to be completly unacceptable. That was not our fault. That was due to uhaul having locations set up as drop of points that are not.
