The man could be a little bit more nicer. The lady was that checked me and was very nice. Great location a little bit hard to find, but it’s right there where the old Wienerschnitzel used to be in Alameda.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe back of the van probably could’ve been vacuumed out, but other than that, it was OK thank you..
Genet HI deleted “no supplemental insurance” and was still changed for it. Your customer service email doesn’t work and bounced back.
Kristin WSuper easy pick up/drop off. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.
Christopher FUnconventional place of business, but still a great experience. Van was in good shape, would rent there again.
