Very nice and helpful lady
Ennis BThis particular location provided great service, however U-Haul overall i give it a 'Below Average' rating. I had submitted a reservation for a car trailer well in advance only to find out, while I was on the road, the trailer could not be retrieved from my pick up location (Lubbock, TX) on the scheduled date. I would think twice before using U-Haul services again.
