Thanks to Don and Bill, After calling 4 different Depots. I was able to secure a truck. Don wallked me through all the steps.
Christina WThe dispatch agent, Don, was extremely helpful. Being a senior with no "data" on my phone plan made it quite difficult to pickup the trailer, as photos were required to be sent to the dispatch agent. Don was quite patient with me finding a wifi connection to complete the contract. Your instructions need to be clearer.
Robert LThe U-Haul program was crashing the whole time it took 1.5hrs to get the truck signed out. The truck was out of fuel 0miles to empty I had to fill it up and returned it with a 1/4 tank of fuel which I should get credited for.
