The female representative was just plain MEAN! I mentioned a grammar error with the door sign (because I was confused if they were in or not--It said "we are OUT on the property, but she was right there IN the office"), and she threatened to not serve me (knowing that I was at my pick up for equipment that I obviously needed). In addition to that she wanted to drive home her dominance and gave me an evil stare and said things like "Don't say another word about our sign. Do you you understand me?" and like I was a child stared at me for several minutes demanding a response. Any response would have been met with more aggressive speech. Very, very unpleasant.
