Customer service is Ridiculous! Wait time takes forever Just trying pay 23. Bal Ugh if I get charged late fees they would be knocking my door down At beginning of rental it takes lot of time! Be prepared

Pepper RI returned the equipment two days early (Saturday 1:45 pm), no one was available as the location was closed. Despite this I am certain I will be charged for the entire time I used the equipment.
