Everything went great. The employee who helped at Sutter's was excellent, kind, and very patient with me. The equipment was good but not excellent. It was a little rough as far as rust on the back and an open area in the back left corner of the trailer. You could see right through to the ground. For us it was fine because we didn't encounter any rain, however I was concerned that if we did our cargo would have gotten wet. It needs to be soldered and sealed. Otherwise our experience was great! Thank you!
SHANNAN RGarbage in back of truck looked like someone was staying in the back of the truck. Took forty five minutes to get the truck checked out to start moving - lost time for moving.
Jeri HThe personnel were not there (it was the Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend). I had a little trouble with their instructions to padlock my utility dolly in the truck, but Rachel online helped me figure that out. I was so happy that everything went smoothly on the trip...except for locking the keys in the cab halfway along. I totally recommend the Safe Trip option!
