Shutters was great. My initial U-Haul experience was very poor. Originally, I was supposed to pick up a trailer at another location. I called there on the day of my trailer pickup and was informed that the location was closed. That U-Haul was never supposed to schedule a rental and that I would need to call in and get things changed. I was not impressed by the lack of customer service and the inability to provide me with a trailer as originally promised.
Cory SPickup and drop off points were great to work with. Truck was clean and full of gas.
DENNIS SA little tough to find spots to park, but everything else was fantastic!
DOUGLAS ATrailer was clean, but wheel bearing failed during the trip.
