I had a couple significant issues with my experience. On my order I had moving blankets and they didnt have any even though my order was weeks in advance. More of an issue is I returned the moving dolly as I didnt need after loading nor had no room to bring with on trip. Upon return at location in Nevada I was charged $130 for the dolly even though it was returned to original location and noted by the employee. Extremely frustrating and so far Uhaul has not yet resolved this for me.
