The office was closed Saturday at 10:30 AM they were working in the shop and they told me were to drop the trailer thanks again

No one called the day before to let me know anything took an extra 1.5 hours to get it. It pulled hard to the left which is a serious safety concern and it had a misfire costing me more in gas
Darren MPromised an extra day because truck reserved was not available. Son of owner did not put the extra day as promised and it turned out I had a charge of an extra day. Not a big deal but why not be honest and follow through with a customer.
Carlton WI dropped the rental off a day early yet still got charged for the extra day. WHY?
