I dropped it off on Saturday while they were still open. The guy took my paperwork and said he would check it in on Monday. I would have thought he’d check it in right then and there. I was worried about being liable for damages so I checked it in online.

The owner is spread too thin. He's hurried. His conversation is short, terse, condescending. Wants to move through the transaction as quickly as possible. I felt like an interruption, not a paying customer. If I could rent the same thing within 20 miles I would go there.

Not sure why these guys are in the rental business!! It's obviously just a way to to make money and they would hook up any trailer regardless of its condition to your truck and send u on your way!! I've rented 3 trailers here and had flat tires on two and faulty wiring on one! Cmon guys at least look at them!!!

The uhaul system gets overloaded at the beginning of each month. I had to wait 20 minutes not because of the location but because the system was overloaded.

The attendant was kind of grumpy. I told him that the blankets were dirty. He said that it was the only one in town. Which translates to me to mean, you can take what you get and be happy nothing is going to change. Later he said he would report it to U-haul. He also asked if the truck was the same as when i picked it up. I said yes, it is just as dirty now as when I picked it up.

Same issue as the last time I rented. The Uhaul computer system is slow, out of date and difficult for the local Uhaul rental people to use. This issue caused a 25 minute check out wait. Also, put tongue jacks on the trailers. Upon return of the trailer I had to lift the trailer off my truck by hand which has re-injured my back.

We are very dissatisfied with our UHAUL experience. A wheel bearing on the AT went out near Dahlhart TX. Routine maintenance on the trailer would have prevented this. We paid over $700 for a poorly maintained AT. More disappointing was the poor customer service from UHAUL. After reporting the AT issue with Roadside assistance we waited over an hour for a response. We called back to Roadside Assistance a few times to get updates. Each time we would get someone new to handle the problem. We were parked alongside a busy two lane highway and it was getting dark. A local citizen stopped by to give us flairs as was concerned for our safety. Finally Cindy said we should unload our car from the AT and find a motel for the night. Cindy contacted us at the motel and said the Regionsl manager was working on a replacement AT and would in touch first thing in the AM. After waiting several hours, no communication from UHAUL, I called Roadside assistance. Only after requesting a transcript of the many calls I made he forwarded me to a manager. I asked if your inventory was computerized and why it is so difficult to let us know our status. We received a call from a gentleman who was delivering us a replacement AT which arrived at 11:30. Apparently he received the original AT. His comment about that unit is that it was an antique. My interpretation is that it should have not been on the road. He watched us load our vehicle. The replacement trailer was lower to the ground so he said we needed a new receiver for our truck. We agreed. He left. We spent an hour running around town locating the correct receiver. At 12:30 we departed Dalhart, approximately 20 hours from the original bearing failure. We were told that our motel and evening meals would be reimbursed. We were to submit these upon AT delivery in AZ. When we dropped off the AT the AZ UHAL center said They couldn’t help. After I displayed my displeasure they made some calls and we think this will taken care of. We spent over an hour dropping off trailer. I would be happy to discuss this matter. I worked in a business for thirty years that was customer service focused. I know what our company would have done with the bill for a customer experience like this.
