Despite their posted hours of operation, the facility was closed for some reason. However, thanks to the app drop-off instructions, I dropped the trailer off myself.

The drop off site was after hours so no contact with staff or facilities. I have used this drop off site in the past because of its convenient location.

Steven LI called to verify the time they were open. I arrived 15 minutes before and they were closed and cancelled my reservation. Took me almost 2 hours to reschedule a truck. There was a can of Kodiak chew in there and a spit bottle.
Bryon BThe gentleman at the counter was extremely rude to me, the parking lot was complete chaos and nobody even inspected the equipment before I left, the lobby was dirty and small and the service was complete trash.
