I really have a problem because I didn’t like that the location I went to they charge me $2.8 per mile and I know a lot of people they do it before it’s only $.68 why they charge me this much I don’t know I pay a lot for nothing and also They charge me 40 miles and they are only dropped for 33 mile.

Pickup location changed within 24 hours of pickup to this location. Total time added was over an hour of driving one way just to pick it up. Poor planning on UHaul results in high stress and last minute plan changes. System needs to understand reservation and pickup location and what will be available where and when.

Stephanie MI had selected fort Lee for drop off but the gentleman at the front desk thought that one wasn’t selected and selected a different location than fort Lee so we had to drive further to drop off.
