Pickup location changed within 24 hours of pickup to this location. Total time added was over an hour of driving one way just to pick it up. Poor planning on UHaul results in high stress and last minute plan changes. System needs to understand reservation and pickup location and what will be available where and when.

Stephanie MI had selected fort Lee for drop off but the gentleman at the front desk thought that one wasn’t selected and selected a different location than fort Lee so we had to drive further to drop off.
CHRISTOPH RThis U-Haul location failed to meet basic operational standards. The store opened 30 minutes late, with inadequate signage making navigation difficult. Upon entry, the facility lacked lighting and sufficient air conditioning, and the office appeared disorganized. Essential trailer hookup components were unavailable, requiring me to hire outside assistance to make the equipment functional. Overall, the experience was not safe, inefficient, and poorly managed.
