HUMBERTO BI really have a problem because I didn’t like that the location I went to they charge me $2.8 per mile and I know a lot of people they do it before it’s only $.68 why they charge me this much I don’t know I pay a lot for nothing and also They charge me 40 miles and they are only dropped for 33 mile.
FADY BPickup location changed within 24 hours of pickup to this location. Total time added was over an hour of driving one way just to pick it up. Poor planning on UHaul results in high stress and last minute plan changes. System needs to understand reservation and pickup location and what will be available where and when.
