Everything went smoothly! Owner was pleasant and helpful. Van was clean and process was quick and easy. Owner explained overall cost (around $80) = $19.95 base price + cost based on mileage + taxes/fees. He also explained we'd need to fill tank to 1/2 full before returning. I would definitely rent from here again. Notes for future renters: (1) Vine Street has very large potholes so drive carefully; (2) before end of street, turn right so you are inside chain link fence driving in front of white brick industrial building. Go to end and turn right to get to back of building where U-Haul is.

ALFRED CJT Enterprises had the size truck needed and for the window of time desired. "Jack" was very helpful and efficient. Explained return requirements, addressed questions and follow up call confirming he had observed us taking photos of the truck after the upload had timed out. He assured us there no issue since he had witnessed our action and that we would have the pics if needed. The after-hours returned worked smoothly using the app. Thank you!!!
