The service was excellent. Friendly and prompt. The back sliding door on the trailer did not slide well. At one point I thought that we were not going to be able to get it closed (right after we had loaded all of our stuff).

John TI went when the place wasn’t open. The key was left under the passenger seat. Not a safe part of town.
Dax DYou guys charged me a $63 fee. The $25 cleaning fee was preposterous. It’s been raining for full of days there’s gonna be mud. We’ve even wiped the mud out with a towel when we were all done. So yeah, there was a little bit of mud. But there was no trash. The cab was nice and clean just like how I got it. I will never use U-Haul again. You guys lost yourself a good customer because of the $63 fee.
