I found the App incredibly cumbersome to use, but the gentleman at Infinity Mart was so helpful, I couldn't have done the rental without his help, he is the only reason that I got the rental. If I had to rely on the App, I probably would have still been trying to get it

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe picture process was annoying and didnt work the first 2 times I tried it. Please consider making this process easier

Sasha GCharged twice for the same rental, cannot get in contact with anyone to get reimbursed. U-Haul customer support says the location has not fully closed the contract, yet the location says they did. My card was compromised the next day, only place it was used was online at U-Haul and at that gas station. Will not be using U-Haul in the future, and definitely never going to this gas station again.
Julia-Anna HIt took 45 minutes to pick up my reservation. The online check in is ridiculous. Requires a 3rd party verification. Paying by credit card is 15% fee. As low as $19.99 per day is a misleading claim. If there are other options for you, I highly recommend you taking the other option.
