Whole experience was truly impressive. Excellent at pickup. William went above and beyond with the hookup in Alpharetta. The gentleman who assisted in Bluffton for the drop off was patient and extremely helpful. The app and all who I communicated with were personable and supportive. Great experience!!

Nathan WThey overcharged me on gas though I had made sure I filed the tank full and returned. Upon asking the person to inspect the truck when I returned he said it was fine. Later on they said that the gas was 2 gallons short. I called them up and told them that I had the reciept and I was told that they have the picture of it and I am fairly charged for 2 gallons less. I was also told that all customers who have taken their truck before never had any issues with gas. After 24 hours if they are showing me a picture of fuel tank not being full who is to be believed? This feedback is just to make customers aware to get their trucks inspected before they leave else you never know a damage came be put on you or whatever every feel like. Choice is yours
