We received confirmation for this requested location to pick up at 9:00AM and it included packing blankets. We got an email saying they didn't have the truck to pick it up at a different location. We went to the other location and they didn't open until 10:30. We called Uhaul and were told we could pick the truck up at this original requested location so we drove there and were told the previous confirmation did not include requested packing blankets and we were charged additional for them. This was all very stressful since we travelled by plane from New Mexico to Atlanta to pick up the truck and empty our deceased sons apartment and had moving helpers scheduled to come at 10:00AM.
