I did not enroll in the app option. My expectation was to meet and complete the application process upon arrival. I looked for the attendance for over 15 minutes. Finally, I called Uhaul and they told me it was an app reservation (not true). I had no other option but to complete the application process on the uhaul app. This required process delayed me another 25 minutes or so. Consequently, I was late for my meeting by 45 minutes. Please issue a partial or full credit/discount to my reservation. Thank you

Parking the truck during NG the remote drop off was tricky given limited space.

Tekisha DI was charged an “After Hours” fee, even though my drop-off time was at 8:15am and they did not open until 9:00am. When I called to ask about this and to get an explanation , the person I spoke to was very deflective and put all the blame on me (the customer). This does not make any sense. Seems like some very fine-print B.S. that is just a money grab. Don’t make my drop-off time before your hours of operation and then expect me to pay an extra fee when I drop it off at the correct time. I would still like to talk to someone in upper management about this. This is ridiculous.
Brett KI noted on return form, front driver door was damaged and hard to shut. The wire had unraveled from the pulley on the right side of the cargo door and was a struggle to close. I was also charged $10 for Dolley and pad use that I didn’t use
