The whole experience was terrible, getting a call from uhaul thst i was stealing my rental by a person via a call.

Muy buen servicio
Carlos MI had to drive into a residence to pick up U-Haul. No office just a home where I had to ring doorbell for assistance and to top it off, I had to connect the 6x12 trailer my self. No supervision or double check if equipment is on safe. I have rented 5 uhauls this year already and by far this is unacceptable. I should receive credit for my rental or a discount.
