BRIAN BThe staff were friendly, however timelines could be worked on. As for the truck I picked up the box was clean, in the cab there was some leftover trash hiding just under the middle seat and smelled like a wet ash tray. Visually the truck looked well maintained until you got in to drive it. It is understandable for what these trucks are used for and how often they get rented out, but the engine ran rough it could use a tune-up. In order to get going in town (25-40 mph) required the accelerator to be push to the floor. Once up to speed it was good. It is isn’t a hot rod and doesn’t need to run like one either. Just saying the responsiveness could be better.
