Truck was not clean when I picked it up. Drinks had been spilled in the cup holders and trash was left in the cab and on the floor and in the box of the truck. The furniture dolly in the box was left unsecured (I guess by the last people? Which means nobody checked the truck before my appointment..). There was nowhere on the pick up or drop off the document this, so I guess this is my documentation when someone tries to charge me for something I didn’t need or use… The truck also had quite a bit of damage. None of it made it less useful, but it concerns me that I had to spend 15-20 minutes trying to document all of the damage and I probably still didn’t get it all. The truck didn’t have any AC, thankfully I was just moving stuff inside of town. Return instructions were unclear for drop off after hours. There is no clear drop off location for the keys (which the app prompts you to put them at the designated drop off location), so I just left them where I got them.
