Had a serious issue with this rental, I called in a rental for this equipment that morning and stated I needed it at 2:30 p.m., I was told I would receive a phone call if equipment wasn't available at that location, I never received a call stating equipment wasn't available at scheduled location. I called South Canyon drive in Amarillo near pickup time and was told equipment wasn't available and I could go to another location at 3:45 p.m and pick up there. That was to late as I had a tight schedule to be at my destination. I needed that equipment and was let down by communication from uhaul. I picked up the equipment South of Amarillo and my destination was 90 minutes North of Amarillo and I missed my deadline to pickup the item. So I never used it to carry anything and was a complete waste of time and money spent at uhaul. I will definitely look for alternatives to renting equipment as uhaul was unreliable when I needed them and cost me for that mistake. The uhaul location South of Amarillo did a good job and the technician apologized for the issue even though it wasn't his fault. Lessons learned from this poor experience

geryl hUhaul did a good job. We got a truck too small for what we needed and was able to return it. Got a bigger truck reservation and went to wrong location after a few minutes all was corrected and we were on our way. Would definitely re recommend using Uhaul

HUBERT SThe truck was fine, the location even cleaned the windshield before we checked out the truck. I wish this truck was better maintained as the suspension seems like it had been overloaded previously and it road and drove very wobbly. If U-Haul is not willing to replace worn shocks and springs then they should take this truck out of the fleet. It’s at 120k miles and it feels worn out even driving down the road empty.
