The clerk sent us out our way to return the truck. We came from Windsor and wanted to drop it off near Ridgetown and we were returning to Windsor and he sent us to West Lorne which was way out of our way.

John MSet up staff member hooked the chains on the trailer too tight and it almost damaged the equipment. Not a good first experience when driving away and my husband had to fix how it was attached. Just wanted to share
