The location is perfect for Amherstburg residents. It was challenging though because the location was at a convenience store. There was only one staff working and the store was very busy so it was hard for the staff member to help me while also serving the other customers. The process took about 20 minutes due to the store being busy. The staff member was very apologetic and did the best he could to serve everyone in a timely manner. It would have helped to have a second staff member working.

We originally requested a 10AM pickup of the truck. U-Haul called and said they could only do 12:30pm for this location as well as any other locations within a 30 minute drive. We agreed to 12:30pm at this location, however, the truck didn't arrive until 1:30pm. It really through off the timing of our day as we still had to load the truck and drive 3 hours to our destination to unload. I think punctuality should be more highly prioritized for U-Haul as a whole because there are already a lot of moving pieces on moving days.
Jaylin VI requested 2 dollies. This item is not available at my pick up location. If I was made aware before picking the truck up I could have made arrangements. This caused a lot of trouble with my move
