Operator was very polite and friendly. Took a bit of time though because this is a convenience store and there is only one person working there.
Michael BThe check in process was painfully slow and I had already booked online and completed the extra steps to "ensure a faster check in experience". The van floors were dirty and it clearly hadn't been cleaned since the previous user. I was told upon check in that I had no choice but to accept the extra insurance charge even though I am covered under my own auto insurance and I had opted out of it through the online check in. The cost was much more than I originally expected, and I will not recommend using UHaul to anyone looking for a simple; budget friendly experience. I used the van extremely lightly for approximately 3 hours and it cost me over $130!!!???
