Staff and equipment were great, but I wish uhaul would fix the status system to show equipment that "is" there. Currently it shows what "should be" there. The effect is I got a 15 foot truck when I really wanted to 10 ft, which the website showed available, but did not actually appear till 10 minutes after I got the keys. From website status to rental was less than 1 hour.
