Either they Don't get U-Haul returns very often or they they just still like them. You guys seem confused or surprised about me dropping it off. I didn't park it in a parking lot as he had me park it behind the building on a neighborhood Street. Nice guy and all but was definitely an odd drop off.
Steven SLogistics phone service for Orange County was rude and unprofessional. I would encourage you to train them on phone etiquette and customer service skills.
