Miguel CYou could begin by having follow thru on reservations once we make them . And follow thru on the things you will do to accommodate for not fulfilling as you should and end up causing us to drive over 100 miles round trip to use a smaller trailer than we had reserved but none the less stick us paying over a 100 dollars more . And then when one of the U-Haul rental locations was on phone with I’m assuming corporate they were claiming they were going to discount rental so that we would not be stuck paying over a 100 miles that we would not have been going in that direction at all we actually had to go way out of our way and on top of all of it had to pay more than a 100 dollars . It is truly unprofessional and then when I called supposedly I was going to get a call back so that they could listen to the call the dealer had with corporate or who ever on phone and they’d call back and tell me how they would remedy situation and something about applying VIP to fix this but viewing the account looks like I was actually charged yet even more this is ridiculous
VICTORIA CI was overcharged by two days and when I called U-Haul directly they issued me a partial refund. I guess I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and rent elsewhere next time.
JOHN SI will always use triple Js in anahuac tx. And the online uhaul helped me so much my sister passed and I was put in hospital and the wasn't rude to me at all they was all very respectful. Love my uhaul family...
