If there is a problem with meeting the rental agreement, calling customer nore than one day before would be appreciated. This experience is the best I've had in the last 3 years of renting. I'll be back next year to this location. Thank you for your obvious competence and courteous manner.

The entire key assembly was hanging from the door and we really wanted a 20Foot truck, but it doesn't seem that U-Haul has the ability to bring what the customer needs from another location.
