Waited 30 minutes to be helped. When she walked in didn't even greet the customers waiting to be served. Then another guy walks in and helped someone else that just walked in even though he knew I was there before them. And when I asked if the girl was the only one that rents trucks he replied with an attitude, "no, but she was the only one up here at the time". Well then why the hell is he then helping people that walked in minutes before him and he clearly can see a line in the front cashier. Front of the store unattended for at least 20mintues before we got someone to help. Unprofessional and will not return here at all.

The truck was semi clean on outside and there was trash on the inside of the truck

Can't say there was anything you should improve on. I had a great experience and want to say thank you to the staff for all of your help. Made a difficult time in my life a little simpler.

The first time we came to your location to buy boxes there was no where to park. We parked off to the side where the trucks go, there were no trucks there. While I was inside getting boxes and employee came out and screamed at my husband to move. He told her he would just be there for a minute and there was no parking. She then told him to go park in a handicap spot because they never get used...... This last time we came to rent a truck. Online it said they had trucks and trailers available but upon showing up we were told there was one truck left. She told us it would be $95 for two days and unlimited miles. When it came time to pay it was $138. She said the price she must have gone up because they were busy. We felt totally cheated. She quoted us less and didn't bother to tell us until the very end that that wasn't the correct price. We both work in retail management and that's a pretty big mistake. If you quote someone the wrong price you better be prepared to give it to them for that. We needed the truck so we took it anyway. Then we noticed it was a 75 mile limit not unlimited like she had said. We had to go back in and wait in line to have her change it. This Uhaul location is where customer service has gone to die.

Renting a trailer was easy, everyone working was nice and they hooked the trailer up for me so I didn't have to mess around with it. I was expecting less, but was very pleased with the service I got.

I made a reservation for 26' truck with Auto transport, the truck I first got was stinky and drove like it was going to fall apart. I then had to go out of my way 25min to another location to pick up my Auto Transport. Once I arrived I realized I didn't have a hitch to hook up the AT. I contacted Steven (manager) and he said it was a quick fix and told me to go to a location closer to me. Once I arrived that location I was told it was not a simple fix, the truck needed the bracket with all which could only be done by the shop. The shop was busy and could not get me in that day. After 2 hours of going back and forth with Steven the store manager at the new location (Brionna) was nice enough to switch my truck out with one that had it and she would take care of the fix. After all that I contacted Steven and he wanted to make everything right by for the inconvenience, he said he would be giving me a discount but would need to get approval first and would call me back that day (Friday). I received no call back, so I called him on Saturday and he told me he hadn't got an answer and that he would for sure get one that day. It's been 5 days since I last spoke with him and he will not return any of my messages. But far the worst experience I've had with UHaul.

Do not change a customer's pick up location without their approval.

This location was very good. They were very apologetic for the mix up from the location move that I was not informed of till I arrived and called uhaul. They had my vehicle ready to go and the rental went quickly. The return went well. It was quick and they took off my 9 dollar cab fare due to the wrong location. Steve Lomack I think was his name, was very professional and did a great job to appease me.

Management catered to me and my individual needs rather than the "cafeteria line" service you may receive elsewhere. Thank you!

The gas was under half a tank when we received it, there was not a key provided for the master lock to secure the truck, and when I called to speak with someone I spoke with a woman that was very rude and unhelpful.

Windshield cracked and truck ran rough, otherwise it was ok

Provide a padlock for locking the back of the truck with the rental, with the lock key on the key-ring for the truck. The lock should be attached to the roll-up door latching mechanism so it does not get lost or stolen. That way appliance dollies, hand trucks, furniture dollies, and furniture pads can be locked in the back whenever stopping someplace or for after-hours return and not have to worry about them being stolen and not having to lock them in the truck cab when the truck is empty of furniture or personal property. I use my own lock for protecting my private furnishing when loaded in the truck, but do not want to leave my lock on there to prevent theft of Uhaul rented equipment. Plus, I do not want to return to Uhaul the next day to pick-up my private lock.

The guys there remember me since I'm a frequent customer and I like that. They are super nice and friendly.
