I was embarrassed by the customer service who think my brother was smoking Marijuana in the truck witch is not true.

1. The clerk told me the truck was full - it wasn't. 2. I filled up the truck because my instructions were to return it full. 3. I get there and they tell me that is not the case and there's nothing I can do about that ( I put in $9.83 to fill it up - I literally drove the Uhaul for (3) Miles) 4. The guy who I made the complaint to acted like it was funny. 5. There was some sort of glass particles in the back so when I went to pick something up I dropped it- my friend tried to pick it up and cut her hand - I told the guy and he said they'd blow it out. Okaaaaay, why didn't you inspect the truck prior to renting it again? Overall, I'm just very dissatisfied. I definitely think he could have been more polite.

We would like to extend a special thank you and our utmost appreciation to Tracy and the regional manager (name unknown) for the Alaska area. Our reserved 26' truck and auto transporter did not arrive at the pick-up location as scheduled—stemming from an overdue rental by the previous customer, and would not be available to us per the reservation. With no one-way 26' trucks available anywhere in the greater Anchorage/lower Alaska areas or an option to delay our move or change scheduled travel reservations on such short notice, Tracy expeditiously located an available 26' truck in Fairbanks. The regional manager personally transported the truck 7 hrs. in the late evening/night to Anchorage ensuring availability for pick up at our reserved date and time the next morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff, a new and clean 26' truck + auto transporter, and processed in a timely manner to keep our move on time and as scheduled. All U-Haul equipment performed flawlessly during the demanding 3,217-mile journey on the Alaska Highway to the lower 48 and facilitated a smooth relocation.

I got a flat tire and was helped out by road side assistance. They called me several times to verify that everything was going smoothly and for that I am thankful. I do have a question - did I leave a set of keys in the truck?

I love Uhaul! They are there every time I need them, they could do more advertising about all those little things they have in their businesses for boxing, packing, towing etc. Thanks much for the services you provide. J

I have been erobously overcharged for my use of the truck

The gas level wasn't where it was supposed to be, they should make sure the tank is where they claim it is. Also, it is ridiculous how the storage units are unavailable even though they are empty.

Steve at the Boundary Ave location was helpful. However at the main office where the booking was made they did an absolute terrible job. The reservation was made many days in advance and reconfirmed the evening before. On arrival for pick up I was told that early that morning it was noted that the car dolly was not available. Nobody was professional enough to notify me of this SMALL detail.

I fueled the truck to where it was before I drove off the lot. They put more in and charged me. You need to come up with a better system of monitoring the fuel level of these trucks.

The trucks are inexpensive but, the mileage cost to much. Could have rented a truck elsewhere for less. Also I had inquired about renting a storage space. I was quoted approximately $189.00 per month for a 10 x 10 unit. I was able to find a 10 x10 Unit for only $70.00 a month. You are entirely too expensive and will loose customers with such a huge difference in price as you did me. It pays to shop around. Just wished I had shopped for a less expensive truck!

I have rented from this place two previous times and have always had a fine experience. This past weekend was much less so. Pick up was fine - the gentleman who helped us was pleasant, even though we had been an hour late on pick-up. We were doing a short cross-town move so we had no problem getting the truck back on time. The keys were given to us by "Ryan" (or "Brian?") and we jumped in and drove off. We did not do a walk through of the vehicle, which, in hindsight, we will demand the next time. We had assumed a vehicle in great condition and didn't think twice about it. We had the truck for TWO HOURS and were scheduled to have it for 6. We were supposed to return it by 4 pm and we had it back to the UHaul rental at 1:15 pm. We drove 15 of the 30 miles that we approximated. Upon return, a very unpleasant lady (name unknown) did an inspection and immediately pointed out the top rear driver's side corner of the truck. She asked , "what happened there?" And we looked up and saw it (for the first time), and said, "well good question - that was there when we got it because that was not us." We did not drive near/under anything that could have even come close to causing that. When we had picked it up, it was outside of the carport, facing OUT, with the driver's side hidden to our view. Again, another reason why this blemish was unnoticed. The woman continued to berate us, saying that she will "have to charge us since we didn't buy the insurance." I opted against the insurance knowing full well that we had a very easy one-trip move. We continued to tell her that in no way was that us and that it must have been there when we had picked up the truck, but that we were never given an opportunity to do a walk through. She spoke to us with a rude, condescending and accusatory tone. She claimed that she would "check the security footage" to see if it had been there previously, and that she'd be right back. We waited 10 minutes and she did not return. Luckily another employee was very kind, and inspected it herself and said, "it looks like there are X's there." So again we wait another 5 minutes before I finally go back inside to find the original gal who accused us of damaging the truck. She had been helping some other customer and completely neglected to come back to let us know. When I approached her she sheepishly said, "oh I thought you guys had left." The end outcome was that the dent was NOT caused by us, it HAD been accounted for previously, and that we were only being charged for the 15 miles that we drove. We had been standing in the exact same spot where she accused us of damaging the truck, and waited patiently while she claimed that she had to "check security footage." She never came back to inform us of anything and left us hanging. I am 100% positive she was looking for a reason to blame us, perhaps to make money off of someone who opted out of the insurance. When she was proven WRONG, based on the other employee's assessment that the mar
