Nothing. It was just a good experience. We called 15 minutes before the reservation and told them we'd be late and they were able to push our reservation back a half hour to hold it for us. The customer service overall was amazing. Very professional. Answered questions quickly and fully. Just a great experience!

My debit card wouldn't work at after hour drop off so I used my other card. Now I am charged twice. Once for $70.19 which is the correct amount via my receipt and another charge for $80.15, I do not where this amount came from. Please get this fixed. I've been on hold with customer service for 25 minutes now!!!!!

Need to leave notes in the system and communicate better. I got over charged for miles i was told would be free to drop 15 miles away from my home. After 2 hours they resended the extra $22. Worse service ever by Uhaul ive ever had.

My first attempt to rent a truck was with another location, where I was placed on hold for 10 min before able to my request, then placed on hold again while the attendant searched for a truck. He never came back to me so I hung up. I was very disappointed with this OTHER UHaul company!

Reservations need to be honored, we reserve a U-Haul for Saturday and we didn't get the vehicle until Monday. Which put us behind in our travels and additional in hotel and stores costs.

There was a misunderstanding on the return date and I think I was more my fault than the dealer. I had ferry reservations to and picked up the van the evening prior to my trip to save time the next morning. Maybe a trip plan with dates added to the rental paperwork would help avoid the confusion.

You can fix your online after hours check out procedure and directions. The paper that holds the contract that has instructions does not match what I saw on my iPhone. Also, it does not say to have location services enabled. Please correct this.

I closed my storage unit on 24 August 2018. My lock is with me at my house. I received an email earlier this week stating my charges for storage had not cleared. They aren’t supposed to be charging me. I was out before my monthly fees were due on the 2nd. I responded to the email with this information. I received a call today from U-haul asking for payment plus late fees. I repeated what was in my email response. This was a turned in storage unit and a closed account. All charges needed to be removed after the move-out date and charges after hat date were not authorized on my card. THe representative one true phone told me they would take care of it. I received a call back about 45 minutes later stating there was a lock on it. They told me I needed to pay, remove the lock and check out of the storage unit. I treated this had been done. They told me there was a lock on it. I explained it was not my lock so there was no way I could come remove it. I was informed I would be charted for removing their lock and the storage unit. I refuse to pay. It is not my lock. I have my lock with me. The unit was emptied, cleaned out and turned in weeks ago, roughly 24 August 2018. It’s in my records. I stated I was not going to pay and I would consider and charges fraudulent. Please remove this storage unit from my account. I will not be returning to this location. This is not he only issue I have had with the counter help at this location. The old Seward highway location has better service; if I even return to U-haul at all after this.

Had a frustrating experience with our rental Locker that was supposed to have 24 access, but due to poor explanation of how to use it, we ended up losing a lot of precious time. Fortunately, that was ironed out and was well. I strongly recommend that they have more staff available at the end of month, to cover the increased traffic from people who are moving in and out of apartments. Waiting on the phone or in line is very aggravating when one is pressed for time.
