The personnel at this location have always been very helpful. The one problem I had was with how the reservation was confirmed. The Eagle River location did not have the equipment I needed so I was asked to go to the Boundary location. Not a big deal. Until I was contacted the day before starting at 7:40a, again at 9:29a, again at 9:53a again at 9:54a, again at 10:03 and yet again at 10:56a. I was called a total of 6 times in a 3 hour span. Even though I picked up the phone at the 10:03 call and asked if I could call back, since I work nights and was currently sleeping. The person tried to get me to confirm a reservation at a different location while I wasn't coherent nor had a chance to check the logistics of using a different location. I know they are only trying to do their job but this was excessive.

I was disgusted at the lack of uneducated and unstaffed customer service that we received. 1st of all we got the wrong trailer size issued to us and we brought it back after 15 mins of having it and we were told oh no refunds. And also ignored our request again for refunds. I am absolutely upset and will be getting in contact with someone like maybe corporate or someone in charge. I was also very upset with the customer service line not knowing there policies and they were dumb founded with every question I had. Ended up spending the money and buying a trailer. Y’all suck!

I believe this is a total reap off $29 for the truck and $1.00 dollars per mile ! Then bring back with 13/16. Which is now way to judge so I was screwed out of at least $15 dollars I am not happy at all David 904-377-3764

Staff = very friendly/helpful. The actual pickup process was a nightmare: - before pickup I checked in online; I had to redo it at all at the dealership - dealership originally gave me the wrong trailer (cargo), when I booked a utility - dealership did not have the 'electrical convertor' I bought online. - having to have a 2nd phone number where the dealership actually has to talk to someone is a nightmare All of this will lead me to look for other alternatives next time.

Make sure the inside of the vehicle doesnt smell like something died in it. Person wiped it down a second time still smelled like a dirty diaper.

The roll door on the truck wouldn't stay up. I asked the girl that rented it to me about it and she said that I just needed to get in and open it all the way and it would stay. That was not the case. I was moving by myself and couldn't load furniture and hold door up. It came crashing down on my shoulders hard once. If I had been upright it would have been my head. Turns out spring is broken. No one seems overly concerned. Guess y'all have more money than concern and compassion.

It was really inconvenient that I was not alerted beforehand that to rent a cargo van you only take major credit cards as payment. So I ended up having to get a larger vehicle which also doesn't make much sense to me as a customer.

Review and correct the gas refill estimates as they are significantly off . My estimate for a return to 5/8 from 1/4 of a tank was 15 gallons and that took it to 13/16.

I was told that closing time was at 20:00 hrs and as long as I had my truck back before that time I would be fine. I get to the location at 19:23 and doors are locked and the return lane is blocked. At this point I’m stressed to the max thinking I made a mistake. I look at my paperwork and it says 20:00 hrs!!!! Well turns out no one told me that would be after hours return and I had no clue how to do it. Nothing was explained to me, I later found a video in my email. This was just a huge stress added to the already stressful move I was doing. Next time explain and show people how to do an after hours return as well as where the key drop box is located. The people were nice and friendly when I picked up. I just really hated ge fact that it wasn’t clear that it was an after hours return.
