Duane GPickup was easy, and the staff was very pleasant. Equipment was clean and perfectly functional. The only confusion was whether the lock box process was intended to provide a lock for the cargo area, or to lock the key; instructions in the drop-off portion of the app process could be more clear (for an after-hours drop-off)
