My reservation was messed up again, and the people that worked there refused to help me. I had to call customer service because my reservation wasn’t set up for mobile pick up. This was a horrible experience

I was told by a U-Haul rep that we could pick up the truck when this place opened at 9; it did not open until 11. Although everyone I spoke with was helpful, between the U-Haul app glitches and the phone wait time, we lost an entire hour and change.

John DGot stuck in mud had to pay local tow truck and paid 100$ for a local company. Tried another company before I called locally and they didn't do anything but jabber. And truck needs better tires for mud and snow situations
