The rental was easy and convenient. Rick was super helpful. There was a grease/oil spot in cargo area from a previous customer. I was unable to fully clean up the spot but did put down some paper towels to absorb the grease and cover it with a blanket in order to transport some items without contact with the grease.

Did everything by phone. Would have liked a price match with Budget but other than that everything was ok. Budget was $420 but I would have had to wait an extra day and I had family from out of town helping me move since I am disabled. This truck was almost to small even though the description said it would be large enough. Had to leave a few things. On the description for a 15 ft. Needs to say smaller rooms.

No staff at all present when trailer was dropped off earlier than required. Drive past this location daily, never see any one there. So how do we know if trailer was checked in and I don't get charged an extra fee.?
