The steering wheel in the truck was off, and the truck walks all over the road while driving it. It definitely need an alignment, barely touch the steering wheel and it darts one way or the other. Customer service picking up and dropping off was great, the truck was the only issue.

The connection cable should have been replaced (was damaged). before renting to me. Fortunately, no issues during the trip. The drop off location took care of replacing the cable.

Nicky CThis reservation was to replace the previous reservation which was quite disappointing. I had reservation #26812392 and was supposed to pick up the truck from Midguard Storage. I got assigned a truck that was not on site. After a significant loss of time searching for the vehicle and then being on hold with U-Haul customer support, I finally connected with a CSR who cancelled reservation #26812392 and provided this reservation as a replacement. Then, I had to waste more time by driving to the new pick up location. I’ve been a loyal customer with U-Haul for more than 20 years. Never have I ever had an issue like this. This was the worst experience I had with U-Haul in over 20 years.
