This reservation was to replace the previous reservation which was quite disappointing. I had reservation #26812392 and was supposed to pick up the truck from Midguard Storage. I got assigned a truck that was not on site. After a significant loss of time searching for the vehicle and then being on hold with U-Haul customer support, I finally connected with a CSR who cancelled reservation #26812392 and provided this reservation as a replacement. Then, I had to waste more time by driving to the new pick up location. I’ve been a loyal customer with U-Haul for more than 20 years. Never have I ever had an issue like this. This was the worst experience I had with U-Haul in over 20 years.
