The store added extra charges that was removed after I complain and they were able to confirmed the information. No an ethical business. I would never do business again there.

I was quoted a certain price but when I went to pick the trailer up the price was doubled. The lady told me to check with uhaul if it wasn't changed when I took it back. When I returned the trailer, the lady explained the difference. Perhaps the other staff needs some refresher courses! Also the trailer had a dirty floor which didn't bother me, but I made sure to return it better than I received it! Over all it was a good experience.
