Easy rental experience. Trailer pulled very well and the ramp gate is easy to use. Overall a 5 star experience.
DAVID DEverything went well with the process. The truck could have been a little better maintained. Not real clean, but suitable for what we needed for short, distant travel from one storage shed to another. I would’ve been a little concerned of traveling too far with this truck. Over all, I’m satisfied with it traveling less than 20 miles.
LARRY LUnfortunately we were late in returning the truck because my son had a seizure and was hospitalized for 2+ days. Too bad U-Haul cares more about their $ and equipment than the people who rely on them.
Kathryn HDidn’t know where to put the key and was told to call the number but no one answered so we did our best to leave a voicemail and lock the van and put the keys in the mailbox
