DEBORAH RThe gals workin’ at Woodard were wonderful. All my complaints were about the truck. The a.c. didn’t work. The radio didn’t work. The “garage door” was an absolutely bear to open and close. It definitely needs lubricated at a minimum. I don’t know if this is all U-HAULS, but it can really use steps getting into the truck. It’s a pretty tall step.
TREVOR RAlthough the ruling lights worked, the driver's side brake and turn signal lights did not work on the trailer. They did not have the 12 moving pads I had requested and I had to scramble to provide padding for the packing of the trailer. Also, their is no spare tire on there trailers. Why not? I was well away from population center's and if I'd had a flat, it would have taken hours for roadside assistance. Something most customer's could change given a spare tire.
