Make customers aware of all detours in the vicinity of the store that would prolong a trip and maybe allow an extended time to arrive due to them instead being blindsided then said uhaul be given to someone else when the budget was only for the one given away. Awesome thing for a senior citizen to have to deal with being that it was 20 miles further than expected.
Marta AHave equipment present for rental at more reliable locations. Had to drive out of the way to pick up and return the equipment. Was told that the price would be adjusted and paid more than the estimate after this inconveniences.
Michael HThe location was fine. However it was not the location i had reserved for pick up. I got a call the day before pick up telling me that my reserved location was not available. This is not acceptable.
