The lady before us got her U-Haul stuck because the mud holes were so large. It took 1.5 hours to check out because the system would not load. The wiring harness was broke on the trailer. They gave us a pocket knife & electrical tape to fix it ourselves. Additionally, the lady told us we could drop off the trailer at any location which was untrue. U-Haul tried to charge us an additional $472. Thankfully, I was able to explain the situation and they reversed the charges. Save yourself some time & frustration - skip this location.
Kristen WThe dropped off location had a lot of potholes really muddy .the place was deep into the country only country store. Nobody was around. We couldn’t find the dropbox, my car almost got stuck because of all the potholes. It was raining that night. Very scary site. Very scary.
