Our problem has nothing to do with the location itself, but rather U-Haul themselves. I had scheduled reservation 1 mile from my house. Went to pick up rent truck and no one there and no trucks there. No one contacted us to tell us there were trucks available at this time. When then had to switch to Angleton adding miles and time. The wrong mileage was also entered in wrong from the beginning. Something was going to cost me $40-$50 ended up costing us $253. I was more frustrated about have a scheduled reservation and then it not being available or notified.

Put a deposit on a trailer but when I went to get the trailer it wasn’t there. The rental place sent me to another U-Haul location who said they had the size trailer I had reserved but went there and they didn’t have it either so had to go to a three place and had to rent a truck because they didn’t have the trailer I had reservation. Truck was very dirty inside with dirt and dirt. Also had to return it 15 miles from my move in place which caused me to go one MILE over my limit causing me to pay an extra 47.00 dollars but I drive passed two U-Haul places less than one mile from where I moved. Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone ever. Your company is a disgrace and totally unacceptable.
