The phone app was very buggy when trying to take pictures. When doing the return, it would not allow me to submit the photos via the form that was started. It booted me out, and then said the process was completed. I contacted support and submitted photos in the chat through the app. The tires had limited tread remaining and I would have been hesitant to have passengers in the vehicle because of it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSignage to help customers find the key boxes from the trucks would help, especially for first time customers like myself. I’m also confused why I was charged for a handtruck when I said it wasn’t in the truck on checkin. I didn’t have a handtruck but paid for one. That leaves a sour taste for what was otherwise a good experience.
