You could be open when you say you’ll be open. We showed up and the office was just randomly closed. Even though we’d been transferred to that office due to another one being closed. We eventually got our uhaul but it was a frustrating experience.

They were not there, store was unofficially “closed” even their official hours were open. It was my moving day, very stressful; so unbelievable to waste an hour driving to other locations, just because this location wanted to leave and didn’t plan for office coverage.

William EWhen asked at checkout if the vehicle was clean for the next customer I didn’t know if it meant inside or outside. Inside was clean. Outside was a bit muddy from rain and roads:: CHARGED $25 for that!!??
