Signage to help customers find the key boxes from the trucks would help, especially for first time customers like myself. I’m also confused why I was charged for a handtruck when I said it wasn’t in the truck on checkin. I didn’t have a handtruck but paid for one. That leaves a sour taste for what was otherwise a good experience.
