Robert JWas told to leave the gas in tank when dropping the truck off to be at the same level as it was when we picked up the truck yet got charged 45 dollars for not having a full tank of gas when dropping it off. We picked the truck up with a quarter tank of gas in it. Better communication so one doesn’t have to pay an extra fee. No one to personally talk to at drop off site to talk about this situation

Awesome experience once he was there to get us taken care of. Definitely using him again. Your app and online customer service is garbage though and need fixing. Thanks
